Una Mullaly from the Sunday Tribune, called “Aaagh” one of the “most original and progressive Irish albums ever made.” The album had several hit singles, including “The Idiots” which Mick Pyro wrote about his ex-girlfriend, who lent her vocals to the song. Arguably, “Comeback Girl” is the biggest single off that album. It received considerable airplay in Ireland in the summer of 2006.
